What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing an Ennzia battery and the accessories listed for your selected model. Starlink Mini is not included. Ennzia does not sell Starlink hardware or provide Starlink internet service.
Which model should I choose?
Choose E100 if you want a dedicated battery for Mini and recharge through DC.
Choose E100 Prime if you want USB-C charging, a wider 12–30 V DC input range, or the option to charge compatible USB-C devices. Both models have the same 99.4 Wh capacity and expected Mini runtime under the same conditions.
How long will the battery run Mini?
Both models have the same 99.4 Wh capacity and the same expected runtime at the same Mini power draw. Prime adds charging flexibility; it does not add battery capacity.

Using Prime USB-C to charge a phone or another device at the same time also reduces the runtime available to Mini.
Can I charge while Mini is in use?
Yes. The DC input required while Mini is running differs by model:
- E100: supported with 26.5–30 V DC input.
- E100 Prime: supported with 12–30 V DC input.
Use the original Starlink Mini power charger or the included power charger. E100’s battery-only charging input range is 25.2–30 V; use 26.5–30 V when Mini is running. Charging speed depends on the power source and connected load.
Does the 240 W cable mean Prime outputs 240 W?
No. The included ENNZIA PRIME USB-C Cable is 3.3 ft (1 m) long, has an E-Marker chip and is rated for up to 240 W. E100 Prime USB-C input and output are limited to 60 W. Actual power also depends on the connected device and power supply.
How should I use it outdoors?
Deploy the built-in stand on a stable, level surface and give Mini an unobstructed view of the sky. Keep unused port covers fully closed and keep open ports dry. Do not submerge. Let wet port areas dry fully before connecting a cable.
Can I take it on a flight?
The capacity is 99.4 Wh. Check your airline and route rules before travelling, including carry-on, terminal protection and onboard-use requirements.
How does the warranty work?
Ennzia.com orders: 18 months from purchase, automatically; no registration required.
Amazon or other retailers: 12 months as standard. Register for the free 6-month extension, giving 18 months from the original purchase date.
