Orders placed directly on Ennzia.com automatically include 18 months of warranty from the purchase date. No registration is required.

For purchases from Amazon or another retailer, the standard warranty is 12 months. Register your product to receive an additional 6 months free, for a total of 18 months from purchase. Register your warranty.

Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship.

Covered:

  • Battery not charging or holding power
  • DC port failure
  • Power button malfunction
  • Device won’t turn on under normal use

Not covered:

  • Physical damage or drops
  • Water submersion (beyond IP65)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

Proof of purchase required. Warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage.

30-Day Free Returns

Try your Ennzia battery. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Opened and normally used batteries are eligible, including promotional purchases. Normal signs of use alone do not make a return ineligible. Return shipping is on us for all eligible returns.

Please return all original accessories. Original packaging is recommended; tell us if any accessories or packaging are missing before we arrange your return.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide the return address and a prepaid label or another return method at our expense.

For ordinary voluntary returns, any original delivery charge is not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, refunds and your statutory rights.
